1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Africahuru Safaris, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which outline our policies and your obligations. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payments

• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is 30% of the total trip cost.
• Final Payment: The balance of the trip cost must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the full amount is due at booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations by the client: Must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
  • More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited
  • 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost
• Cancellations by Africahuru Safaris: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate enrollment or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of all payments will be given.

4. Travel Insurance We highly recommend that all clients secure comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before traveling.

5. Health and Safety Clients must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel. We may require a doctor’s certificate confirming that you are fit for travel. Africahuru Safaris is not responsible for the provision of health care during the trip.

6. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations Travelers must possess a valid passport, necessary visas, and vaccination certificates. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with these requirements.

7. Liability Africahuru Safaris accepts no responsibility for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur during the trip, except to the extent such occurrence is due to our negligence.

8. Changes to Itinerary While we strive to operate all trips as described, we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary or accommodations for reasons beyond our control.

9. Complaints If you have any complaints during your trip, please inform your tour guide or our office as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns.

10. Data Protection Personal information collected from participants is used only to provide requested travel services and is not disclosed to third parties without consent.

11. Agreement to Terms By making a reservation with Africahuru Safaris, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions as described herein.
